CE Approval Fully Automatic PLC Control Fire Resistance Oil Filtration Unit

It is specially designed for regeneration of the fire-resistant hydraulic oil and EH phosphate ester fire-resistant oil from the speed control system of large and medium scale thermal power generator set. TYF-A series is of fully automatic operation. It adopts Programmable Logic Controller (P.L.C) to achieve the automation of whole treatment process.

1.TYF-A is fully automatic operated machine. Small size, light weight and easily movable.

2.Good adaptability of the material to phosphate ester. No leakage or corrosion.

3.Automatic control; work online at low temperature; pure physical treatment and no secondary pollution.

4.It can not only remove free water and gases in the oil efficiently and quickly, but also deeply remove dissolved water and gases

5.New type fully stainless steel material and special type filter material, preciser step by step, which removes lots of impurities from oil. To achieve precision filtration

6.This machine is made of anti-acid and anti-dissolution 304 stainless steel. The filters and sealing use material which is not dissolved with fire-resistant oil. It is beautiful, light, easy to operate with low noise and long service life.

7.Equipped with automatic infrared liquid level control system, automatic pressure protection system to ensure safe and reliable high-performance operation of equipment.

8.Filter oil online with unattended operation. Lights indicate operation status of machine.
